• Effective communication with a personable character and authenticity. 

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card

• Food Handler's Certificate

•  Valid working rights in Australia. 

• Being available to work on a rotating roster throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
